Delivered the last part of my "Why Jesus, Know Jesus, Love Jesus" series titled "Love Jesus, Love one another". Feels its the most comfortable teaching I've made so far. Take home message is Jesus as our first love is the most practical anchor, and the list of "How we treat one another" is a list of how the caregroup can practise loving one another.
Had the biggest turn out for a weekday group - 7
I was feeling unwell that day, due to wisdom tooth extraction. Throw up twice before the caregroup. Even thought of leaving early and not giving the teaching. Somehow suddenly perked up and had the energy to do it when its my time to teach. Thank, God.
I will be starting a mini website for the caregroup. To inform upcoming events and venue. To upload teachings we've had. You are encouraged to visit the website when its up and interact with the members.
I am also starting a facebook group. I will be uploading more pictures there instead of here. Blog upload of pictures is very inefficient.
Has been struggling a little to keep up with pace at Stanford. Pls pray for me to be a good testimony at work. I want to deliver. I know it can be done.
Caregroup the week before last week
Small turn out. Only Nicole, Simon and Colin. Did not do the teaching and instead, just had heart to heart sharing with them as I felt it was a good opportunity to talk as a small close group. All of them voiced they will be willing to step up and contribute to the caregroup more. Amen.

And it's so exciting to see how you persevered. Instantly, the verse comes to mind: "My grace is sufficient for you, for My power is made perfect in weakness." :)
Have prayed a short prayer for you regarding your work commitments. Yes, you can do all things through Christ who gives us strength. :) Amen!
Any prayer requests regarding the CG? For more pple to step up to serve more, and for more ppl to capture Christ's heartbeat to love one another? :)
